The last slab at Asfana was cast on Wednesday and the structure is now topped out. Finishing has started from the third floor up, and the lift shafts are ready for installation in October. Shareholders and buyers are welcome on site on Friday and Saturday mornings.
AsfanaPlot 8 in Sector 5 reached its fifth floor slab this week, on schedule for the June 2029 handover in the development agreement. All fifteen shareholders were sent the site photographs and the updated schedule the same day.
Sector 5, Plot 8Plastering and flooring have begun on the upper floors at DreamCatcher, which is seventy eight percent complete. The building is sold out and every owner has been given a walkthrough date for their own unit before handover in June 2028.
DreamCatcherThe title search on Plot 1503 in Block M cleared in July and the plot is now open as twelve shares. Six katha, two 1500 sft flats per floor over six floors, with a June 2030 handover in the agreement. Seven shares are still available.
Block M, Plot 1503Silverstone is at the eighth floor slab and thirty five percent complete, on course for the March 2029 handover. Nine of the fifty two residences are still open, and there is a choice of floor at this stage.
SilverstoneThe five registered shareholders at Sector 19, Plot 112 received their khatian and DCR this month, completing the mutation on that plot. Five shares remain open and piling begins after the monsoon.
