What you get from a joint venture
The land stays yours until the agreement says otherwise, and the terms are written before a single brick moves.
-
A share you can check on paper
We agree the owner's share and the signing money in writing before anything else happens, with the unit numbers named rather than left as a percentage to argue about later.
-
A handover month in the agreement
The joint venture agreement carries the month your units are handed back to you, the same way our buyers' agreements do. It is the date we plan the site around.
-
The legal work is ours
Our legal team handles the title search, the RAJUK submission, the approvals and the registrations, and keeps you copied on every step rather than calling you when something is stuck.
-
You see the site whenever you want
It is your land. Come to the site any working day, bring your own engineer, and ask for the drawings, the soil test and the material test reports. We hand them over.
-
Built to code, checked independently
Every building is designed to the Bangladesh National Building Code and inspected before each casting by someone who does not report to the site team, so the structure you get back is the one on the drawing.
-
We stay after handover
Your units come back finished, with the connections live and the paperwork complete, and we remain the people who answer the phone through the defect period and the first years of the owners association.
Tell us about your land
The location and the size are all we need to start. Someone from the land team calls you back.
