Privacy policy
What we collect when you enquire, why we hold it, and how to ask us to remove it.
Last updated 11 September 2026
This policy explains what Elysium Landmark collects when you use elysiumlandmark.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, write to sales@elysiumlandmark.com and we will answer in plain language.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a site visit or reserve a unit, we collect the name, phone number and email address you give us, the listing you were looking at, your preferred contact time and anything you write in the message box. If you become a customer we also hold the address, payment schedule and documents needed to complete the sale and the registration.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare your payment schedule and complete the legal work on your purchase. If you are an owner, we use them to send instalment reminders, progress updates and handover appointments. We do not use your details for anything you did not come to us for.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the Elysium sales, accounts and legal staff who need them to do the work, and by the sub registry and land offices where a registration or mutation requires them. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other developers, agents or advertisers.
Messaging and calls
If you send a WhatsApp message or call the sales desk, that conversation is handled on the messaging or telephone service you used, under that service's own terms. Our staff keep a short note of what was discussed on your file so the next person who picks up your enquiry knows the history.
This website
The site keeps a small amount of information in your own browser so it can remember what you were looking at between pages. That information stays on your device. We use ordinary server logs, which record the pages requested and the time, to keep the site working and secure.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for two years and then deleted. Records of a completed purchase are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold them, because they are part of the title history of a property.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry record, by writing to sales@elysiumlandmark.com or calling the sales desk. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page. Anything that materially affects people who have already given us their details will also be sent to them directly.
