Silverstone is the largest of our three Trust Green City buildings, fifty two four bedroom residences over thirteen residential floors on Avenue 7 in Sector 7. Flats run from 2450 to 2700 sft, four to a floor, each with a master bedroom suite, a separate family living area, a formal drawing room and a servant's room with its own bath. The avenue is the widest road in the sector at eighty feet, so the building has real setback on the front and a driveway a car can turn in.

This is a home for a family that has outgrown a three bedroom flat and does not want to move again. The plans were drawn around how people actually live in Dhaka, with the kitchen and the service area kept away from the drawing room, a utility balcony that can take a washing machine and a line, and enough wall in every bedroom for a wardrobe without blocking a window. Two flats on each floor face east.

Sector 7 is the commercial spine of Trust Green City, which cuts both ways and we would rather say so. The market, the pharmacies and the clinics are within three hundred metres, which is a real advantage with children or elderly parents at home, and it means the avenue carries more traffic in the evening than a quiet inner road. The building is set back from it and the bedrooms are on the rear and side elevations for that reason.

Nine flats are open. Prices start at 2,33,00,000 Taka with a booking amount of 11,70,000 Taka, and at thirty five percent complete there is still choice of floor. Construction is at the eighth floor slab and the sale agreement carries a March 2029 handover.
